On October 17th, 2025, a lis pendens was filed against Ignite Life Center- meaning that these guys are now facing foreclosure.

According to the complaint, as of July 20th, 2025, Ignite Life Center has failed to pay multiple mortgage payments. Their mortgage is roughly $11,000 a month. They owe roughly $1.8 million of their $1.9 million dollar mortgage, which the company, GenFi Ministries Incorporated (Formerly named “Church Extension Plan”) is pursuing in full.
